Hafidz Transport Batam which we manage serves various needs for your travel.

Prices are according to the agreed itinerary/rundown. If there are additional attractions, the price will be adjusted again.
All vehicle rental price offers listed on the official website of Hafidz Transport Batam, can change at any time without prior notice.
For pick-ups at locations outside the region, you should confirm with our team in advance so that your trip is smooth.
Prices include fuel and driver fees.
Prices do not include parking fees, attraction tickets, crew tips, toll fees, driver lodging fees, inter-island crossing fees and other fees.
Rental calculation by “Date”. If it passes the agreed date, it will be charged for 1 more day.
If the rental exceeds the agreed time limit, then you will be charged an additional fee of 10% every hour from the total agreed vehicle rental price in 1 day.
The maximum time limit for using the vehicle unit for tourist purposes in the city only, a maximum of 12 hours for the same day.
The maximum time limit for using the vehicle unit for out-of-town tourist purposes is a maximum of 16 hours for the same day.
All vehicle rental price lists listed on the Hafidz Transport Batam website are not valid for certain months such as during the big holidays (Lebaran), and December which is the high season.
